Nicole by O.P.I. Step to the Beat of My ♥:  Yes, this is a Justin Beiber polish.  Why a teenage boy decided to make a purple and pink heart polish I don't understand, but I've never suffered from Beiber Fever so maybe that's my problem.  I was utterly disappointed in this polish.  After my pinkie I sorta gave up.  Most of the time when I pulled the brush out of the bottle there were no hearts on it.  I had to dip and redip many times to even catch a heart.  Then I had to fight to get it to stick to my nail.  One heart on each nail was an accomplishment, two was a miracle.  In addition to the hearts there are tiny, little, holographic glitters that were almost as sparse.

I hate to say it, but I'm gonna have to deem this a waste of money.  To top it off Nicole's new Perfect Stroke Brush is awful.  It seemed super cheapy compared to O.P.I.'s or even Sally Hansen's.  Don't be lured in by this bottle full of glistening hearts; you'll be heart broken (pun intended.)  This was layered over O.P.I. Yodel Me On My Cell.
